I watched the 8.30pm show on Channel U today. You know the one that Jacelyn Tay hosts? Yes, I mean that one. Anyway, try making this, it looks quite delicious and it's the easiest to make out of all the healthy food.

Seaweed Fish Roll
Ingredients
Fish paste 350 grams
Eggs 3
Seaweed 3 pieces

Seasoning
Salt 2 teaspoon
Sesame oil Right amount
Pepper Right amount
Egg 1 (egg white only)
Corn flour 1/2 tablespoon

Directions/Method
1. Marinate fish paste with the above seasoning for 10 mins
2. Fry the egg with a flat-bottomed pan
3. Spreads the fish paste onto the fried egg, lay a piece of seaweed over it and roll it up
4. Using medium heat, steam the rolls for 10 mins
5. After steaming, cut up each roll into pieces.

A cold joke, I don't remember if I have posted it before but I shall post it again anyway.

One day, the tortoise and the rabbit was racing up a hill. The tortoise had alot of difficulty in running up the hill but it tried its best. However, it was still very slow. The rabbit ran up the hill without much difficulty and it was very fast too. The rabbit was making much more headway than the tortoise. The tortoise did not give up and continued running up the hill slowly. Along the way, it saw a snail running up the hill with even more difficulty than it. The tortoise, feeling pity for the snail, invited it to climb on to its shell for a ride up the hill. The snail gladly accepted the tortoise's offer. The tortoise continued running up the hill slowly. Along the way, it saw a caterpillar runing up the hill with even more difficulty than it. The tortoise, feeling pity for the caterpillar, invited the caterpillar it to climb on its shell for a ride up the hill. The caterpillar gladly accepted the tortoise's offer. As the snail made way for the caterpillar, it said," Hold on tight or you will fall off! This tortoise it very fast!"
